The Oxford Consultation 2022

Monday 18th – Thursday 21st July

The Gospel on the Ground: Resourcing bishops of the Anglican Communion to train and multiply grassroots leaders for discipleship and sustainable church growth

The Relay Trust is a charitable foundation which is passionate about the training of grassroots leaders, especially catechists, evangelists and lay readers in the most challenging and under resourced areas of the Anglican Communion.

We do this through our Relay 200 project which provides grant support for Training Centres, other infrastructure, and course material. We are also able to offer a portfolio of courses suitable for digital delivery and we are developing technological solutions which allow course content to be delivered even in areas with limited or no internet access.

Oxford Town Hall

The 2022 Oxford Consultation is an opportunity for Anglican bishops and their spouses (whether attending the Lambeth Conference afterwards or not) to share together, discover new resources and find refreshment in the historic city of Oxford which has played such a central role in shaping the worldwide Anglican Communion.

We shall be meeting in Oxford Town Hall with accommodation for all participants in a city centre hotel within a few minutes’ walking distance. There will be no charge for accommodation or conference fees and assistance is available for international travel for those bishops and spouses who are not attending the Lambeth Conference.

To register your interest please email indicating your name, diocese and province.

Kindly note that spaces are limited, and invitation letters will be issued at the discretion of The Relay Trust.
